I’m Ciara. I’ve been trying to learn to code for over a decade and traditional education kept failing me.

I’m neurodiverse (shoutout to my fellow ADHD + ASD folks 👋). Memorizing syntax bored me to tears. I’d start tutorials, lose interest, procrastinate, repeat. The “learn fundamentals first” approach? Yeah, that wasn’t it.

Then ChatGPT dropped in late 2022 and I became obsessed. Suddenly I had a learning method that worked with my brain instead of against it. I could build first, ask questions later and actually see results fast enough to stay engaged.

Now I’m the Head of Product, Engineering and AI at 100 School, I’ve trained thousands of students, and I created the Prompt Driven Development framework for people who think differently… whether you’re neurodiverse, a visual learner or just tired of being told “you’re not technical enough.”
